Plans and billing
Every workspace is one monthly subscription.
| Plan | Price | What it includes |
|---|---|---|
| Hello Tandemai | USD 90 a month | Tag @Tandemai in Slack, answer its questions, and watch it scope and build in a sandbox before you commit to more. Tasks scoped and built by the agent; sandbox only, nothing touches production; no engineer signature. |
| Team | USD 2,000 a month | Your team tags @Tandemai, it scopes and builds. Before anything goes live, an engineer reads the release and signs it. Up to 5 signed releases a month; a deploy gate on every change; Slack, email and Teams. |
| Scale | USD 4,000 a month | Everything in Team, plus an engineer who joins the thread when someone is stuck: helps phrase the brief, sets the scope, answers in the thread. Up to 10 signed releases a month; priority response. |
Prices are plus VAT where it applies; the final amount is shown before you pay. Larger companies get a contract; write to the address on the plan page.
Paying
Section titled “Paying”Payment is by card, through a hosted checkout. VAT is computed and charged where it applies. The invoice, with its PDF, is emailed on every payment and listed on the workspace’s Billing page.
Changing, cancelling, refunds
Section titled “Changing, cancelling, refunds”On the Billing page inside the workspace: change the payment method, cancel at the end of the period, or undo that. A cancelled workspace keeps its data and goes to sleep at the period’s end; pay again and it picks up where it left off.
Refunds are handled by a person, on a written request, under the Refund and Cancellation Policy.
From your assistant, billing shows the plan and the invoices; changing anything is done on the page, by you.
